Steve has been actively involved in helping other nonprofits build their operations and strategies — bringing the same lean, mission-driven approach he uses with Fortune 500 clients to the organizations working hardest for their communities.
For four years, Steve volunteered at San Quentin State Prison — teaching leadership and business concepts to incarcerated men. Watching lives begin to shift through education and purpose ignited the vision for Trinity Light Academy: a structured, faith-rooted program that could reach more people and go deeper.
