Nominate up to two participants who best fit the target profile. The steps below help us serve them well from day one.

- •Verify they meet the age and East Bay residency requirements.

- •Share any existing assessments of motivation, stability, and readiness for structured programming.
- •Note known barriers (housing instability, active legal obligations, work schedule) that could affect attendance.

Background context
- •Provide a brief summary of the participant's goals and why they were nominated.
- •Flag any support needs (literacy, language, learning differences) so we can accommodate them.
